Frequently asked questions
How long must emergency lights work in a power cut?
The required duration is set by the approved design and Civil Defense requirements for the building; we test the battery duration during commissioning.
Can voice messages be in Arabic and English?
Yes. Voice evacuation messages can be recorded in the languages the building needs.
Do you add exit signs to existing buildings?
Yes. We review the escape routes, then supply, install and test the signs and emergency lights.
Which cities do you cover?
Our head office is in Jeddah, and we serve projects in Jeddah, Riyadh, Makkah and other regions of Saudi Arabia.
